Kahlua Chili

Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 lb ground sausage
- 1/2 lb chorizo
- 1 cup kahlua
- 4 garlic cloves
- 1 cup chili powder
- 1 tbsp cumin
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- 1 tsp cayenne pepper
- 2 cans of beans
- 1 can tomatoes
Directions
First you will want to put all three meats in a large sauté pan and brown the meat. Remove the meat from the pan but keep the grease in the pan to use with the vegetables.
Then you need to chop up your onions and poblano peppers and sauté them in the grease from the meat (adding oil if needed) and add in the diced garlic towards the end when onions and peppers are almost done.
Add back the meat and then add in your seasonings.
Add the beef broth, tomatoes, beans.
Cook for about 45 minutes.
Note: You can add some flour to thicken it up if you like a thicker consistency.
