Pot Roast

Pot Roast with mac n cheese

Ingredients

  • Beef (Chuck Roast)
  • Potatoes (Red/Golden or whatever
  • carrots
  • celery
  • salt
  • pepper
  • cumin

Directions

  • Clean and prep those veggies! You can kind of just rough cut them up cause they will get tender in the crockpot for sure

  • Ok the tricky part is now you gotta season up that giant slab of beef and you want to heat up a skillet and sear all the sides of the meat. It doesn't take very long on each side, just enough to get a good sear and then plop that meat in the crockpot

  • Put the veggies in the crockpot

  • Put that shit on high

  • Take a load off Sally, its gonna take awhile from here

  • Probably takes like an hour and a half per pound of meat but honestly just check it and see how tender the meat is. If it falls apart really easy and tender, shits done bro.
