Fried Rice

Ingredients
- rice
- soy sauce
- garlic
- ginger (optional)
- frozen pea and carrot mix
- 1 stick of butter
Directions
First you are going to want to cook your rice according to the instructions for it. Every dang one is different, so you are gonna have to figure that part out. We generally use Jasmine rice but you can use what ever you want really.
While thats going you can make the butter. You want to chop out a few cloves of garlic and a little bit of ginger if you want, but make sure to do the ginger really finely if you use it. Take the butter and mix 2 tbsp of soy sauce with the ginger and garlic and mix it really well. Then put it in the refrigerator to solidify.
After the rice is finished and you drain the water out heat up a wok or big pan with some oil and throw the rice in there and cook it for a bit. Toss in the froze pea and carrot mix and throw in some of that awesome butter. Cook that down and there ya go.
You can optionally add any kind of meat if you want of course but its good without it too.
