Cajun Pasta

Ingredients
- Holmes Jalapeño sausage
- pasta
- alfredo sauce
- broccoli
This one is super simple but you can also take it and tweak it all kinds of ways to make it better depending on how much effort you want to put in.
Directions
Get some water boiling for noodles and you can use what ever kind you want. Pretty sure we always use some kind of whole wheat healthy non-sense, but its actually good so I'm ok with it.
Turn the oven on 400 chop up your broccoli, toss it in some avocado oil and salt, pepper and any other little extra flavor you might want on it. Throw that in the oven and then get the sauce going. Turn it about half way through, you want it to be crispy but not burnt.
We make this alfredo sauce all the time and this time we had some left over roasted garlic, so we threw that in there for some extra flavor.
Chop up that sausage real thin and sauté that until your preferred doneness, we like it crispy.
Once everything is done just throw it all together.
Note: You could go above and beyond add something like shrimp and maybe some grilled chicken too.
