The "Wright" Burger

Ingredients
- Wright's bacon
- hamburger meat
- pepper
- salt
- onion powder
- garlic powder
- smoked paprika
Directions
Pretty straight forward on this one now isn't it?
Cook the bacon in the over on 375 for about 10 min then flip and another 4 minutes. Give or take, don't burn it...or do if thats how you like it.
Make patties out of the meat and squash them as flat as you want them. Then season them up. Just put all the seasonings on both sides, pretty heavily.
Heat up a skillet and throw the patties on there once its nice and hot. Squish them with a spatula as you put them on the skill to keep them from shrinking up.
Let it cook for about 5 - 7 minutes and then flip it and cook for another 5 -7, or how ever long you want for you "doneness".
Once those are done and your bacon is finished, assemble your burger with what ever else you want to go with it.
