Meatballs

Ingredients
- ground beef
- poblano peppers
- onions
- garlic
- salt
- pepper
- egg
Directions
First chop up the veggies real small and then in a bowl you mix the meat with the veggies and the egg.
Once you get it mixed together really well you roll that into balls. Make them as big or small as you want. We prefer the smaller size cause you get "more sear" per meatball but its whatever.
Get your oven going on like 380 or something and sear those meatballs on all sides.
Then throw the tomato sauce on there (we use Prego cause it rules) and then toss it in the oven for about 15 minutes.
Note: If you use a cast iron skillet be sure to clean the tomato sauce off as soon as possible. It is acidic and will eat through your seasoning on the pan if left on there longer than necessary......don't be lazy.
