No one wanted to cook last night, per usual of course, so we decided to throw something "easy" together instead of eating crackers again...

We get this Holmes Jalapeño sausage, which is bad ass on its own, sliced that up real thin and sautéed it until it was crispy.

The alfredo sauce is really easy to make and pretty damn good so we make it often, so we boiled up some pasta and made that sauce to go with it.

She has been roasting pretty much every vegetable she can (maybe cause its easy to just throw it in the oven on a pan?! who knows) and it turns out its freaking delicious almost every time. So she roasted brocolli in the oven with some seasoning on it and there ya go.

Once its all ready, throw it all together and boom. Fairly easy meal though its more dishes than I care to clean...
