Ok this is good every time, except for when you mess up the rue that takes about 45 minutes to an hour to cook that you have to stir constantly. That......was a bad day and a big waste of time...... but thats not the case today!

Greenberg Turkey is well freaking know in Tyler and people talk about getting these bad larrys all year.

We started taking the leftovers and making a gumbo out of it and it is amazing. The recipe is straight up from their website but its rock solid, you can find it here.
