This one was real dang good. Took her forever and it is a crap ton of dishes for me to clean up back in the end, it is worth it.
Cut up chicken breast into chunks and marinated them in yogurt and curry powder. She made some rice while that was happening and chopped up cauliflower and roasted that in the oven. Which is freaking so good by the way.
She mixes up heavy cream, seasonings and tomato sauce (I think) and cooks that down for a while and tweaks the seasoning until it tastes just right. While thats cooking, take the chicken out of the fridge and get a sauté pan hot.

Cook the chicken for a little bit on each side in that pan, not too long because the yogurt will burn. Toss the chicken into the sauce mix after its been seared and cook for another twenty minutes or so.

Plate it, eat it, love it.
